1. Pricing information
All the prices shown for the products featured on this website
are quoted in sterling. They are subject to VAT at the current
rate of 17.5% which will be shown at the checkout prior to you
making any payments.
Post & packaging for the products is charged in addition
to the cost of the goods and is also subject to VAT at the current
rate.
2. Goods description & image reproduction
Whilst we try to be 100% accurate with the descriptions of the
products featured on this site. We cannot guarantee the photo
image and colours of the goods to be 100% accurate to the actual
products sold.
3. Order restrictions
At present due to security issues, orders can only be accepted
with payment from a UK registered credit or debit card.
4. Ordering online
Purchasing products online requires you to click the buy button
for the product you wish to purchase. From the basket page you
will be able to alter any product quantities. Also you will have
the option to delete any products not required. From there clicking
into the checkout page you will be able to review your order along
with the VAT, P&P charges and your total cost of the order.
You will then be taken to the secure page of entering in your
payment details.
Once your order has been accepted online, an automated response
will be sent to you via email acknowledging receipt of your order.
If there are any issues regarding your order, we will contact
you.
5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Switch, Solo and Delta
as forms of card payment via this site. It has to be noted that
for security reasons, only cards registered in the UK can be accepted.
Your card bill will show PRI RACING LTD. for all debits and credits.
We do not charge any surcharge on card payments. International
orders is only possible by bank transfer in UK sterling and funds
must be fully cleared before dispatch.
6. Validation checks & liability
All cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation
prior to us shipping the products. If we are delayed or refused
payment from the card issuer, this will of course delay or indeed
stop the delivery of the products ordered.
We take fraudulent use of card payment online very seriously.
Extra checks can and will be carried out in any suspicious circumstances.
7. Delivery of goods
We deliver to the UK, which includes Isle of Man, Isle of Wight,
N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands & offshore Channel Islands.
Delivery times can be delayed by circumstances beyond our control
and we do not hold any liability on such cases. All goods are
sent which require a signature upon delivery. The products shall
be delivered by us to your address and the risk in the products
shall pass to you upon such delivery taking place. We deliver
to locations outside the UK by arrangement.
We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 7 working days,
providing the goods are in stock. Deliveries to non mainland UK
addresses may take longer. If we are unable to deliver the goods
within this time, we reserve the right to deliver them within
30 days beginning with the day after the day of your order.
8. After sales & guarantees
We guarantee all goods for any faults in manufacturing. As the
goods we sell are for a specialist motorsport & performance
use at your own risk, goods cannot be guaranteed for damage, wear
and tear from use. It is your responsibility to ensure proper
use of the goods for whatever application you choose to use them
for. We cannot be held responsible for any incidents caused by
the use of the products.
9. Returns & faulty goods
Unused goods which are in new condition together with the original
undamaged packaging can be refunded. The refunded ammount will
be minus a 10% restocking fee of the cost of the returned products.
Postage costs cannot be refunded. It is your responsibility to
ensure the delivery of any returned goods to us. Where the product
is faulty, a replacement will be offered or a full refund at our
own discretion.
